​The blank page. It’s full of possibility, excitement, and often terror. In this workshop you will learn why you procrastinate and gain practical tools to help manage your writing time. We will share useful tips and tricks with one another in a supportive environment. We will also explore techniques from creativity experts such as Julia Cameron and Eric Maisel. At the end of this class you will have everything you need to hit the page running!

Rachel Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing and a master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. She worked as a newspaper copy editor for 14 years, most recently with the San Diego Union-Tribune staff that won the Pulitzer Prize in 2006. Rachel shifted careers in 2010 and is now a prelicensed therapist. She sees clients in private practice at the Therapeutic Center for Anxiety and Trauma in Bankers Hill. Rachel’s speciality is helping writers, artists, and musicians rediscover their joy. Please contact Rachel for more information,
